The Little Island is the tasty, smaller brother of our Big Island Barelywine. When we brew the Big Island, the mast tun is jammed to the brim with malted magic. When we're done brewing that batch, there's still enough fermentable sugars in the mash to brew another beer. And thus the Little Island was came into existence. This English-style Pale Ale weighs in at 4.3% and 36 IBUs. Light enough to keep your train of thought, tasty enough to foster serendipity.
Scotch Barrel Jubilee --> ON TAP!
Lovingly aged in Bourbon Barrels for over one year, the hop bitterness usually found in our Big Island has subsided in favor of an assertive and evolving bourbon character. Toffee, vanilla, and graham cracker flavors round out the complexity. 100 IBUs. 10.5% ABV. Scotch Ale aged in Scotch Whiskey Barrels? Yes, please! Two months in Laphroaig Scotch Whiskey barrels gives our Jubilee a pleasant peat character with underlying oak flavors. We back blended with fresh Jubilee to balance the assertive character of the barrel and create a unique take on one of our core beers! 7.0% ABV, 20 IBUs. Limited quantity on draft too!
Hibiscus Sunrise Pilsner -->On TAP!
Next stop: We joined many other craft breweries around the country who participated in the Pink Boots Collaboration Brew, a women empowering craft beer brewing experience. The Hibiscus Sunrise Pilsner features three pounds of Golden Nugget Mandarin zest from fruit grown on Rincon Mountain and five gallons of Hibiscus tea for a refreshing beer that weighs in at 4.3% ABV and 25 IBUs. A portion of the funds from beer sales will got the Pink Boots Society, to help women beer professionals advance their careers in the brewing industry. Love it when good beer meets a good cause, meets good people.
Next stop: Hopliner, an American IPA powered by twin engines of El Dorado and Azacca hops. This beer coasts on smooth tropical tones, deep citrus flavors, and dazzling color. The scenery will be good, the company excellent. Available in 22 oz. bottles as well as 12 oz. cans too!

This Belgian Saison, with its fruitiness and light body, boasts notes of oak and hazelnut with a crisp and extremely dry finish.
Aged patiently for seven months in American oak cooperage, this labor of love embraces ester-driven flavors of fruits and spicy, yet still retains a distinct and refreshing character. 25 ibus. 6.0% abv.
