This Belgian Saison, with its fruitiness and light body, boasts notes of oak and hazelnut with a crisp and extremely dry finish.

Barrel-Aged Coffee Jubilee
The plan was to take one of our most sought after beers, the Jubilee Scotch Ale, age it in neutral oak barrels with locally sourced coffee. Three months of aging produced flavors of subtle roast, oak, toffee, and hazelnuts with coffee. The results send taste buds rejoicing. 28 ibus. 7.2% abv.

Lovingly aged in Bourbon Barrels for over one year, the hop bitterness usually found in our Big Island has subsided in favor of an assertive and evolving bourbon character. Toffee, vanilla, and graham cracker flavors round out the complexity. 100 ibus. 10.5% abv.
