Here is their story:
We’re twin brothers (Gil and Wyatt) and best friend (Emery) who grew up in Carp and Santa Barbara. We just moved back to the area, but we’ve been living in LA the past few years eating every burger under the LA sun, and making way too many burgers at home for our friends. After we felt we had mastered our burger craft we decided to bring what we had learned and been working on back to the 805 area. With 100% grass fed beef smashed patties, homemade vegan patties, a house-made hot sauce, silly sauce (our spin on thousand island), and our selection of local ingredients, our burgers aim to provide the 805 area with a new yet familiar take on a classic California cheeseburger that we feel has been missing in our hometown.
