A Kolsch-style ale brewed from five different types of malt, with a liberal dose of Czech Saaz hops. The result is one of our most popular ales and a nice balance of lingering malt flavors and a subtle hop finish. So light and smooth the first glass invites a second.

Island Weiss
An unfiltered Bavarian-Style Hefeweizen. Brewed from 50% German Pilsner Malt and 50% Canadian Wheat, the result is a light and refreshing wheat beer with hints of vanilla and citrus. We have a saying down at the brewery, “The Weiss is Nice.” One sip and you’ll know why.

Nut Brown Ale
This English-style Brown Ale is a lightly hopped beer with a nutty, roasted character derived from Chocolate specialty malts. A deep, mahogany color with a surprisingly mild yet balanced finish.

Paradise Pale Ale
An American Style Pale Ale, we like to think that if there was a way to put the taste of paradise in a bottle, this would be it. This crisp and even tasting beer is brewed from some of the finest American and English malts and hops available. It’s a unique blend infused with hoppy flavors and aromas, lively and engaging from the first sip.

This full-bodied IPA features prominent Cascade and Centennial hop aromas and flavors for an assertive bitterness with a deep copper body.

This is an Old Ale which has evolved from a tradition of beers and a brewing style that emphasizes rich malt flavors, caramel sweetness, and a balanced finish.
