This Imperial Amber beer was inspired by the Avocado Honey Ale, one of its core beers and was destined for bourbon barrels from conception. Four months in American Oak cooperage brought about an unparalleled complexity with 21 IBUs and 8.5% ABV. We’ve won many awards for our wood and barrel aged beers and the 17th Anniversary Ale seems a likely contender to continue this tradition.

We got our hands on some fresh Grenache barrels from a local winery, felt it fitting to age the Jubilee in all its ruby color wonder in them. Six months of barrel aging has produced bolder Jubilee with subtle hints of blackberries and tannins. Oakiness adds to the complexity for an extraordinary beer. Only 20 cases were bottled. 28 IBUs. 7.0% ABV.
